EFT Demo - Tension in Shoulders (Transcript) |
| This is just a quick demonstration to show what EFT can do. Sometimes when we're feeling stressed we can carry that tension in our neck and shoulders. So this is a quick exercise to just relieve some of that tension. |
| Before we start we need to get a baseline. So just turn your head to the right and find a visual reference so you know how far you can turn your head that way. And then do the same to the left. That's our baseline. |
| Now, just start tapping on the side of one hand - your karate chop point. You can change hands whenever you like, just make sure you're comfortable. And then, repeat after me what I say. (As you are reading this, just say the words below as you tap.) |

| Now take a big breath in and out. And just turn your head to the right and now to the left. I can certainly move my head further and I hope you can too. |
