If you find you have to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. There will normally be a charge for appointments cancelled with short notice, as it is unlikely that someone from the waiting list will be able to fill your appointment time.
- More than 48 hours notice of cancellation - No fee
- Between 25 and 48 hours notice of cancellation - £50
- Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation - Full fee
Please Note: Any recovery costs incurred in the collection of outstanding fees will be payable in addition to the outstanding fees. These costs will normally be the greater of £30 or 15%.
